Independent Online Training Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
As a member of our training team, you will be expected to
- Deliver instructor-led software application training in classroom and virtual environments over the web and classroom setting
- Provide group and individual training to a variety of learners
- Prepare client-specific training documentation
- Assist in resolving installation and training issues with clients
- Follow through with necessary training documentation
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in one or more of the following medical specialties: chiropractic, physical therapy, general medicine, podiatry, mental health, ophthalmology or optometry
- Experience in medical billing or practice management
- Experience in classroom software instruction
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create a positive first impression, command attention and establish classroom presence
- Ability to cope with fast-paced and constantly changing environments
- Ability to work weekends or evening hours
- Limited travel for occasional onsite trainings
- Live in close proximity to an airport (60 miles or less)

- Prepare client-specific training documentation
- Assist in resolving installation and training issues with clients
- Follow through with necessary training documentation
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in the ophthalmology or optometry fields
- Experience in medical billing or practice management
- Experience in classroom software instruction
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create a positive first impression, command attention and establish classroom presence
- Ability to cope with fast-paced and constantly changing environments
- Ability to travel 100%
- Ability to work weekends or evening hours
- Live in close proximity to an airport (60 miles or less)
