EDI (Electronic Billing) Support Representative

Job Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for providing quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment by taking ownership of assigned client calls and projects ensuring timely resolution.  Team members respond to client requests distributed via an electronic queue system and have a high degree of interaction by telephone with client (provider) office staff.  Routine duties include: troubleshooting EDI file formats, rejection and other reports, communication issues with payers, and billing aspects of the Compulink program; implementing EDI including payer/clearinghouse enrollment, software installation, testing, and follow-up through successful production; and assisting with upgrades/changes to software, EDI format, communication protocols.  As a member of our EDI team, you will be expected to:

  • Implement company’s EDI products (electronic claims, electronic remittance, electronic eligibility etc.) for assigned clients from launch call through live production. 
  • Provide technical support on EDI products to our clients by phone, email, fax while maintaining a high standard of client satisfaction.
  • Address assigned projects and support issues in keeping with company response time criteria.
  • Concisely document client calls and resolutions into company support call tracking system.

Requirements:

  •  Strong problem solving skills and analytical abilities to research and determine an appropriate course of action in a variety of situations.
  • Good customer service and interpersonal skills.  Good listening, written, and verbal communication skills.  Present a positive image that reflects well on the organization.    
  • Must be a self-starter, be detail-oriented, have good time management and the ability to multi-task.
  • Work well both as part of a team and independently.
  • Fast learner and self educator.
  • College degree (2 year ok), or equivalent experience desired.
  • Minimum 2 years prior experience providing end-user technical support.  Experience supporting computerized business applications a plus.
  • Experience with troubleshooting issues and providing resolutions for electronic claims files in ANSI X12 formats, e.g. 837, a big plus.
  • Understanding of computerized medical billing and prior support experience of same a plus.
  • Proficient in Windows XP/2000/Vista/Windows 7.

Independent Online Training Specialist 

Job Responsibilities:

As a member of our training team, you will be expected to

  • Deliver instructor-led software application training in classroom and virtual environments over the web and classroom setting
  • Provide group and individual training to a variety of learners
  • Prepare client-specific training documentation
  • Assist  in resolving installation and training issues with clients
  • Follow through with necessary training documentation

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in one or more of the following medical specialties: chiropractic, physical therapy, general medicine, podiatry, mental health, ophthalmology or optometry
  • Experience in medical billing or practice management
  • Experience in classroom software instruction
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to create a positive first impression, command attention and establish classroom presence
  • Ability to cope with fast-paced and constantly changing environments
  • Ability to work weekends or evening hours
  • Limited travel for occasional onsite trainings
  • Live in close proximity to an airport (60 miles or less)

Product Support Representative

Job Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for providing quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment by taking ownership of assigned client calls and projects ensuring timely resolution.  Team members respond to client requests distributed via an electronic queue system and have a high degree of interaction by telephone with client (provider) office staff.  Routine duties include but are not limited to: troubleshooting software-related issues within Advantage software, troubleshooting questions on Advantage Reports, installing software upgrades, troubleshooting software anomalies, as well as continually following up on unresolved support tickets and keeping the number open under the maximum allowed.  As a member of our product support team, you will be expected to:

  • Provide technical support on all aspects of the Advantage program to our clients by phone, email, or fax while maintaining a high standard of client satisfaction.
  • Address assigned projects and support issues in keeping with company response time criteria.
  • Concisely document client calls and resolutions into company support call tracking system.

Requirements:
