Independent Onsite Training Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

As a member of our training team, you will be expected to

• Deliver instructor-led software application training in classroom and virtual environments
• Provide group and individual training to a variety of learners
• Prepare client-specific training documentation
• Assist  in resolving installation and training issues with clients
• Follow through with necessary training documentation

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in the ophthalmology or optometry fields
• Experience in medical billing or practice management
• Experience in classroom software instruction
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to create a positive first impression, command attention and establish classroom presence
• Ability to cope with fast-paced and constantly changing environments
• Ability to travel 100%
• Ability to work weekends or evening hours
• Live in close proximity to an airport (60 miles or less)

Independent Online Training Specialist 

Job Responsibilities:

As a member of our training team, you will be expected to

• Deliver instructor-led software application training in classroom and virtual environments over the web and classroom setting
• Provide group and individual training to a variety of learners
• Prepare client-specific training documentation
• Assist  in resolving installation and training issues with clients
• Follow through with necessary training documentation

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in one or more of the following medical specialties: chiropractic, physical therapy, general medicine, podiatry, mental health, ophthalmology or optometry
• Experience in medical billing or practice management
• Experience in classroom software instruction
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to create a positive first impression, command attention and establish classroom presence
• Ability to cope with fast-paced and constantly changing environments
• Ability to work weekends or evening hours
• Limited travel for occasional onsite trainings
• Live in close proximity to an airport (60 miles or less)

Customer Care Specialist

Customer Care encompasses new client implementation, technical support and electronic data interchange (EDI). We are always looking for dynamic, customer-oriented professionals to join our growing Customer Care team.

Our Customer Care team is comprised of a diverse group of individuals from various computer and medical backgrounds. These individuals all have practical, hands-on computer experience and many of them have worked in an ophthalmic or other medical practice. Several members of our team are licensed opticians who continue to maintain their licenses and certificates. We even have a medical coder and biller on staff! All of our technicians have been specifically selected and have the patience necessary for this challenging position. All of our team members are skilled in customer service and have an intense ability to troubleshoot and solve problems. Compulink is continually looking for qualified individuals to join our team as many of our technicians are groomed to move into other areas within the company.

Our ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills and is adept at troubleshooting and problem solving with end users via the telephone and e-mail.
