Data Conversion Pre-Sale Review

To better assist our sales team and our prospective clients, the conversion team has agreed to do a pre-sale data review with the clients to assist in the decision making process as well as identifying pre-sale what we may or may not be able to convert from their system.

To keep this from over-loading the conversion team, these calls need to be done only for clients that are very close to close of sale, or sale is pending specifically on what conversions we can do.

To request this review call, the sales rep will need to collect and supply the Conversion Department Manager (MLC) with the specifications below.

Once reviewed and any additional questions are answered, a rep will be assigned to contact the client for the review.

Once the review is complete, the Conversion Coordinator will document the findings and copy the sales person with the notes, so that quote can be completed.
